Shipping

The time to ship after you place an order varies by item.  Many of our items are custom-made, thus please allow a few days after submitting your order for your item(s) to be shipped.  The average time to ship an item is approximately 3 days.

At order check-out, available shipping methods with associated costs will be offered and calculated depending on items ordered and ship to address.  All orders shipping to US addresses over $45 will include free ground shipping (3-5 days shipping depending on ship to address).

Orders ship on business days Monday to Friday, excluding US Holidays.

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and email confirmation.  You can logon to your account at any time to track your order, and you will also receive an email with tracking number once your order ships.
